You should not return any items to us without contacting us by email or submitted the problem first on the form. Any faulty, incorrect or unwanted items should be returned with an "Authorised Returns Number" - this number will be given to you via email or phone by someone from the Anisometric team

A coupon code is a special credit that is given to customers when we have special promotions or deals. They appear in the form of a number that is sent to you and once you purchase from the website you simply type in the code for a special discount on your items.

Delivery times?
On every order we will send confirmation of order as well as the intended departure and arrival date for you. These dates are dependant on the content of your order. We will also send you an e-mail or telephone to let you know that your order has been dispatched on that day.
Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 28 days of your order confirmation email (14 days for UK customers), then you should contact us and we will refund or replace the order as required.
I have problems ordering through your website, what should I do?
Please write a short message to us of what you trying to do and which pages you were looking at. It will also be useful to say which platform of machine you are using for example are you using an Apple Macintosh or a PC, and the name of your browser, then we will be able to pinpoint exactly what the problem is. You can do this by going to the contact section and using the form there to log your situation and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
How much are your membership costs?
Currently our membership costs are just £20 for one year or less than £2 a month. There is a trial membership option for 2 months and this costs only £6. You are free to cancel your membership at any time you wish to.
Where can I return faulty or damaged goods?
Before you return any please could you make sure that we have provided you with an order number. The reason for this is so that we can log exactly what the situation is so that we can take the correct steps to rectify it and make sure that we can prevent it from happening again.
